Thank you for shopping with WYX Hub. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, customized products, or special sale items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Used, damaged, or incomplete products caused by the customer

• Products returned without prior approval

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped

• The product arrived damaged or defective

• The issue was caused by our mistake

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after payment confirmation.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
